foot reflexology chart

WHAT IS NATUROPATHY

Reflexology activates the healing power of the whole body by applying pressure to different points of the feet. A foot zone chart will show how the parts of your feet relate directly to corresponding parts of your body.

The muscular, skeletal, digestive, circulatory, endocrine and nervous systems are all represented on your feet.

Reflexology is beneficial for all generations and is compatible with other forms of medicine.

How can a simple foot massage help you?

It can prevent or relieve common complaints and also promote and nourish an ongoing state of well being.

The treatment has a wonderfully relaxing effect. This contributes towards reducing stress and increases resistance to illness.

After taking a short medical history, the therapist will ask you to remove your shoes and socks and sit or lie back with your feet raised. After a relaxing foot massage, gentle but firm pressure is exerted on each foot.

You may wish to describe effects or any slight discomfort as this can help the reflexologist identify the root of the problem and allows them to concentrate on specific reflex points.

At the end of the treatment you should feel very relaxed and comfortable.

For maximum benefits a program of regular treatments may be recommended.
